Premiere Sports Fields + Stadium Facility

Nilsson + Associates Architects helped Endicott College and a terrific team to renovate existing facilities to create a premier division III sports stadium facility. To facilitate the upgrades N+A Architects completed code analyses and compliance and coordination reviews for all consultants’ construction documents.  We lead the permitting process for the team, as the Architect of Record, providing; certified Architectural memoranda, affidavits, and construction documents. We also facilitated communications with state and local permitting agencies and submitted a coordinated set of all the consultants' drawings for permitting.

The project scope of works included a multipurpose synthetic in-fill turf sports field, dugouts, elevated spectator seating and press box, a cable stayed netting backstop system, site walls, fencing and netting, sport lighting, ADA access, a donor recognition / entry plaza, and storm water management / infiltration system.

College Perspective
